Location Description
Gladrags Atelier is a clothing store located in a leased 900 square feet storefront on Bloor Street. The front door and windows feature floor to ceiling glass. Drop tile ceiling that's painted white. Blue tile cover half of the wall. The front half of the store has light coloured hardwood floor, movable rolling racks of clothing and tables. The back half has built-in shelves, dressing rooms, 2 industrial sewing machines in a nook, and light coloured fake hardwood floor. At the very back of the store is a curtain that separates a small storage area and closet, and the back door. Behind the shop is a covered back patio, and the entrance to a basement apartment, which has a tenant. There is another basement area at the front that is part of the store, which is currently used for storage and features 2 bathrooms.
