Large marina with fueling dock, indoor heated boat storage and repair facilities including boat lift. There are 700+ boat slips, some with dockside parking. Open grass area, gazebos, inground pool and BBQ facilities. Marina has two separate docking facilities - the second entrance is at 108 Exmouth Street. The 2nd part of the marina located at 108 Exmouth Street is called the Bridgeview – Guildwood. All part of the same marina, joined by a channel.
