Location Description
Nestleton Waters Inn is a large southern estate style bed and breakfast and event facility on 93 acres, located 10 minutes east of Port Perry. The site features a large 2 story main house with pond and extensive manicured grounds, 10 high end guest rooms with ensuite bathrooms, separate carriage house with accommodation, large main room used for small dinner parties and events, private boardroom, large upscale kitchen, wraparound verandas on two floors with views of the property. From May to mid-October the property features a large marquee tent (capacity up to 200 people) located across the pond from main house.
