Location Description
Opened in 1988, the Killman Zoo is situated on 33 acres with 9 acres of heavily wooded, winding trails, ponds and animal exhibits. There is a wide range of animals including bear, lemur, coyote, porcupine, wolf and approximately 30 big cats like lions and tigers. The collection of animals held in homemade cages constructed primarily of wooden planks and chain-link fence or wire mesh. Public can get within 5 feet of the big cats.
