Location Description
The Aga Khan Museum, designed by Fumihiko Maki and opened in 2014, is a museum of Islamic art and culture. Modern white building featuring big atrium lobby with high ceilings, ticket counter, galleries, auditorium concert theatre with a stage, cafe lounge, contemporary restaurant, patrons lounge, gift shop, and an open-roofed courtyard. Auditorium entrance has a lobby with blue floors and a spiral staircase and skylights. Aga Khan Park has reflecting pools, gardens and treed walkways.
