The entrance off University has a floor aquarium inside the revolving door. The large lobby has a glass fireplace, open seating area and large oriental paintings. Bosk Restaurant can divide into smaller private dining areas with sliding floor to ceiling doors and overlooks University Avenue. The Bar is the lobby bar located next to Bosk. Hotel contains indoor swimming pool with individual curtained lounges and television, health club with exercise facilities, yoga studio and sauna. An outdoor terrace garden is situated close to the Queen's Park Ballroom and individual meeting rooms. Drive through drop-off and parking access off Simcoe Street. A steel statue entitled "Rising" sits outside University Street entrance in a small pool of water and continues its theme with flying birds inside the main floor lobby.
