Location Description
Formerly City Kidz Playhouse Theatre. Originally built in 1914 in Hamilton's industrial east-end, this historic cinema has been recently restored and is now named Playhouse Cinema. It remains the only extant cinema of its vintage left in Hamilton and is the oldest operating cinema in the city. Independently owned and family operated, the cinema programs independent, Hollywood, Canadian and foreign films. Snack bar. Stage. Parking space available.
