Location Description
Mackenzie House is a 3 storey Greek Revival rowhouse, which was purchased by the community for William Lyon Mackenzie, the first Mayor of Toronto and an outspoken newspaper editor and leader of the 1837 Upper Canada Rebellion. It features a gallery, print shop, front and back parlour, master bedroom and other bedrooms on 2nd floor. There is also a basement with kitchen and day room. Courtyard in the rear with stone mural.
