Beautifully restored, the building features hardwood floors, a solarium used as the dining area for guests, a shared sitting room with elegant, vintage decor, as well as a more modern, open concept living room and kitchen with sleek stainless steel appliances and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall. The bedrooms all either have ensuites or private bathrooms, and range in their decor - one has exposed brick and earthy tones, while another leans more towards a period vibe, featuring vintage wallpaper and wrought iron bed frames. The attic bedroom is modern, with light flooring and a large skylight above the stairs, as well as an attached, private sitting area. The beautiful attic bathroom has floor to ceiling tiles, and a large window inside the glass shower. Amenities include a backyard with mature trees, and a parking lot on the north side of the building, just off the laneway. There is more parking available on the street.
