Situated on 40 hectares the park is bounded by Queen Street East on the southeast, Bramalea Road on the northeast, and Central Park Drive on the north and west sides. Mount Chinguacousy has 3 ski hills, T-bar lifts for skiers, and a chalet that houses a viewing lounge, washrooms, event space with boardroom, auditorium and meeting rooms. The Brampton-Terry Fox Track and Field Stadium has complete track and field features including a 400 metre 8 lane track and bleachers seating 876. The greenhouse holds gardens and a wedding chapel. There are playgrounds, splash pad, mini golf and picnic shelters.
